We finally closed on the house last Friday! I feel like it took forever for it to actually happen, but I'm so glad that it finally did. Now the fun part begins! Hopefully, some work can start next week since we have such a short time line until we have to move. Chris leaves tomorrow for 3 weeks, and hopefully by the time he come home again, there will be some major changes to the house.

Tonight I made oven roasted chicken, mac & cheese, and broccoli for Chris' going away meal. It may be a while before he has a home cooked meal again! I've made this before and posted the recipe. Look under the recipes tab if you are interested.
